JEE Mains 2027: National Testing Agency (NTA) invites online registration application forms for Joint Entrance Examination JEE (Main) 2027 for Session 1 January to admission into B.E./B. Tech. or B. Arch or B.Planning course. All eligible Indian Nationals can online register on the official NTA JEE Main website jeemain.nta.nic.in from 24th October 2026 till the last date of registration 22nd November 2026 for JEE Mains 2027.

JEE Mains 2027 Eligibility Criteria
Age Criteria:
For appearing in the JEE (Main) – 2027, there is no age limit for the candidates. The candidates who have passed the class XII / equivalent Examination in 2025, 2026 or appearing in 2027 irrespective of their age can appear in JEE (Main) – 2027 Examination.
List of Qualifying Examinations (QE):
- The final examination of the 10+2 system, conducted by any recognized Central/ State Board.
- Intermediate or two-year Pre-University examination conducted by a recognized Board/ University.
- Final examination of the two-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the National Defense Academy
- Senior Secondary School Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of five subjects.
- Any Public School/ Board/ University examination in India or any foreign country is recognized as equivalent to the 10+2 system by the AIU.
- Higher Secondary Certificate Vocational Examination.
- A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 years duration.
- GCE examination (London/ Cambridge/ Sri Lanka) at the Advanced (A) level.
- High School Certificate Examination of the Cambridge University or International Baccalaureate Diploma of the International Baccalaureate Office, Geneva.
- Board of Open Schooling and Skill Education (BOSSE), Sikkim.
- Candidates who have completed the Class XII (or equivalent) examination outside India or from a Board not specified above should produce a certificate from the Association of AIU to the effect that the examination they have passed is equivalent to the Class XII Examination.
- In case the Class XII Examination is not a public examination, the candidate must have passed at least one public (Board or Pre-University) examination earlier.
JEE Mains Registration 2027 Process
Register for the Online Application Form and note down the system-generated Application Number. The candidate should provide the required details while filling the Online Application Form and he/she is also required to create PASSWORD and choose Security Question and enter his/her Answer. After successful submission of the personal details, an Application number will be generated and it will be used to complete the remaining Steps of the Application Form and will also be required for all future reference/correspondence. The generated application number will be used/referred for both Sessions of JEE (Main) – 2027. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to login directly with the respective system generated Application Number and created Password by him/ herself.
JEE Main 2027 List of Required Documents
Upload Scanned Images of Candidate’s Photograph, Signature, Class X or Equivalent Certificate/ Marks-sheet and UDID Certificate (wherever applicable):
- The candidate will have to upload his/her live photograph at the time of filling of the application form and will also have to upload his/her recent Scanned passport size photograph which should be in colour with 80% face (including ears, without a mask) against white background.
- Size of the photograph should be between 10 kB to 200 kB and in JPG/ JPEG format (clearly legible).
- Signature file should be JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible) between 10 kB to 100 kB.
- Scanned copy of Class 10 or Equivalent Certificate/Marks-sheet should be a pdf between 50 kB to 300 kB (clearly legible).
- Scanned copy of Disability/ UDID certificate should be a pdf between 50 kB to 300 kB (clearly legible).

- Take A Print Out of Final Submitted Form.
