- Junior Executive: Maximum 27 years
Age relaxation is applicable as per the categories and conditions mentioned in the advertisement, including SC/ST, OBC (NCL), PwBD, Ex-servicemen and eligible AAI employees.
Salary / Pay Scale
AAI offers the following IDA pay scales:
- Manager: ₹60,000 – 3% – ₹1,80,000
- Junior Executive: ₹40,000 – 3% – ₹1,40,000
In addition to basic pay, employees are eligible for DA, perks at 35% of basic pay, HRA and other benefits such as CPF, gratuity, social security schemes and medical benefits as per AAI rules.
The approximate CTC mentioned in the advertisement is:
- Junior Executive: ₹14 lakh per annum
- Manager: ₹21 lakh per annum
Application Fee
The application fee is ₹1,000, inclusive of GST, and must be paid online.
